Product Description
Galvanised steel is represented by cold- and hot-rolled coils with a zinc coating, which helps to protect the steel against atmospheric corrosion. Galvanised steel coils are successfully used in industries with stringent requirements for corrosion resistance, durability, strength and appearance, and can be formed or have various coatings applied.
1. SMOOTH SURFACE The zinc layer has uniform thickness and strong adhesion. No peeling and good corrosion resistance. The surface is very smooth and clean, zinc flower is symmetrical, beautiful.
2. ZINC COATED With the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness as substrate, It is produced through applying the zinc coat on both faces by hot dip process.
3. LARGE INVENTORY All products are packed and warehoused after passing the inspection, and delivered in one order. So as to ensure that the customer’s products can be delivered in the shortest time. You don’t have to worry about the quality and transportation of the goods at all.
Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet in Coil (GI) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc’s characteristics. Usually, hot-dipped Galvanized Steel sheet and galvanized steel coil process and specifications are basically the same.
